From foundations to completion, our team completed this project in just six months, keeping the build programme tight and communication clear throughout.
The scope included a roof reframe, a new internal membrane gutter, a cladding facelift, and a full renovation of the kitchen, living and dining areas to create a more modern, functional space.
The result is a refreshed exterior with a transformed central living zone that better suits everyday life.
ACACIA BAY RENOVATION
This project was a full upgrade inside and out, centred around improving both performance and everyday livability.
We completed a roof reframe and installed a new internal membrane gutter to modernise the roofline and strengthen weather protection.
From there, we refreshed the cladding to give the exterior a cleaner, updated finish.
Inside, the kitchen, living and dining areas were renovated to create a more open, functional space that feels brighter, flows better, and works for day-to-day living and entertaining.
